Dear jena, wonderful photos. Rice is life, so these images show life. In Germany we don't have such wonderful rice fields. The kalinga people can be proud of their work... Happy blogging

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the visit. I wish I could see Germany some day. What would take the place of rice in Germany? Just wondering.

God bless.

Interesting photos, when were those field built? I bet it took a lot of work. They are beautiful.

If you ever do get to Germany, you have to see the Alps, and then go to Trier where there is an ancient Roman Church and arena,(forget what they call it) you know where the gladiators fought.

I was stationed in Bitburg not far from Trier.

Hi Eric,

Yes they are beautiful. They were built years and years ago.

I'll remember to go to Trier if my dream wof travelling through Europe will come true.

Thanks for the visit and happy blogging.
